La Dolce Vita Apartments Luxury is overrated it’s time for flavour of island life

PAYMENTS AND CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS

The reservation is confirmed after you have paid 30 percent of the full cost of your stay, at the same time we ask 80 USD as refundable damage deposit we will give back the money at your departure.

In low season (15 April - 14 December) if cancelled or modified up to 30 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show 100 percent of the total reservation will be charged.

In high season ( 15  December - 14 April) if cancelled or modified up to 45 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no show 100 percent of the total reservation will be charged.

LA DOLCE VITA  ACCEPT CREDIT CARD: VISA AND MASTERCARD.

Advance payment can be made by bank transfer. The relevant bank details will be provided at the time of booking.

The balance payment will be done when we give you the key.

PRICES

The price includes taxes, air conditioning, electricity, water, the use of the swimming pool and solarium, cleaning service 1 time a week, towels changed every 2 days, changing sheets once a week. Pool towels and a cooler for the beach are provided free of charge upon request.

Beach chairs are for free.
THE PRICE NOT INCLUDE THE SPECIAL TOURIST TAX 3 USD PER DAY PER APARTMENT.

LONG-TERM RENTALS

• There is a daily USD 20 extra charge per person for the third and fourht guest in Apartment Blue and Apartment Orange.
• The cost of the " welcome home" service is 30 USD per person.
• Only one child below 24month goes free when using existing beds.

• There is a daily 20 USD extra charge per person for the fifth and the sixth guest in the 2 bedroom apartment.
• In the 2 bedroom apartment the fifth and and the sixth person sleep in a comfortable sofa bed.

• In the 3 bedroom apt.the fifth and the sixth person person enjoy a  gorgeous studio which has a queen size bed ,a private bathroom,a nice kitchenette and a private entrance.
• There is a daily 20 USD extra charge per person for the seventh and eight guest in the 3 bedroom apartment.
• In the 3 bedroom apartment the seventh and eight person sleep in a comfortable sofa bed.

NOTE

No pets are allowed, the pool is not watched, and it is used at the guests' own risk.
The apartments must be vacated by 10 noon on day of departure. If the guests want to stay more: the first two hours are free (10-12 p.m.) the others cost 10 USD per hour if there aren't guests arriving the same day.
No smoking is allowed in the apartments.
